Flegg Transport has invested in a new phone system, which will mean that our customers will be able to contact us out of normal office hours.

“We decided to invest in new IT equipment a while ago and wanted a modern phone system so that we could deal with enquiries efficiently and professionally”, comments Mark Marshall – Commercial Director. “We spoke with out IT partners, Focused Networks and they sources a Cisco system that included wireless handsets and a function that allowed us to divert phone calls out of hours”.

Our new IT system allows the Directors to work remotely from the office too. Jayson Flegg, MD commented “Having these new systems in place enhances our position as one of the leading machinery moving companies in the country. We can now carry out a site inspection and have a quote and relevant safety documentation completed within a couple of hours. This is great news for our customers”.
